Return and Exchanges

Returns: 

Jewelry: ALL SALES FINAL If you receive jewelry that is damaged or broken, please contact us. 

Accessories: Tumblers/Cups are ALL SALES FINAL. All other accessory items can be returned. Please refer to the "Clothing" retrun information as it will follow that same procedure. 

Swimwear: ALL SALES FINAL If you receive a wrong size or defective product, please contact us.

Clothing

Returns are accepted if requested within 7 days of delivery (based on the delivery date marked by the carrier).

All returned items must be in brand new, unworn, and unwashed condition. Items with deodorant, makeup, or other stains will not be accepted — even if they were “just tried on.”

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued for the product price (original shipping charges are non-refundable), provided the item meets our condition requirements.

Please note, it may take several days for the refund to appear in your bank or credit card account. If you don't see your refund after 10 business days from receiving the confirmation email, please contact us for assistance.

How to start a return: Email Mauahidesigns@gmail.com with your order # and name the order is under. Please let us know what you are returning and we will get back to you within 72 hours. 

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS BOUGHT FROM IN PERSON POP UPS

Sale items: ALL SALES FINAL

Exchanges: Due to the limited availability of our launches, exchanges can be challenging as sizes often sell out quickly, and we cannot guarantee that the size you want will be available once we receive your returned item. If you’d like to exchange a product, we recommend processing a return as soon as possible and then purchasing the item you'd like right away, as we do not restock our collections. We do not do common exchanges such as you ship the product back to us and we ship you the product you'd like. You have to do a return and repurchase the other product that you'd like. 

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Return the original item
    Mail the product to the return address listed on your original packaging. If you no longer have the packaging, please email us at Mauahidesigns@gmail.com to request the return address.

  2. Place a new order
    Go to our website and purchase the item you'd like in exchange.

  3. Refund processing
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund for the original product (excluding shipping costs).

  4. New order shipment
    Your new item will ship separately and you’ll receive a new tracking number once it’s on the way.

If the item you'd like is no longer in stock- you can either follow a return instructions instead of exchange, keep the product, or purchase different items.
